​As a specialised HR consultant for the Italian market, I have been helping companies from the DACH region to be successful in Italy with the right people since 2007.
Italy is a rich market, but also regulatory complex and highly competitive. If you don't invest there, you will miss out on sales, and if you invest in the wrong people, it will quickly become very expensive.
Your challenge when recruiting in Italy is often not to find interested candidates, but to clear the forest of profiles in a short space of time, interpret the prose of CVs appropriately, activate top profiles that are not looking and read between the lines when it comes to references.
As a half-Italian with almost 20 years of experience in the Italian candidate market, this is what I can offer. In this way, I bring you the perfect match in a minimum of time.

How does a search project work?
We discuss your goals in Italy and the position you are looking for in detail. Sometimes goals and therefore job profiles change. I go into the market in close contact with you, approach suitable candidates and also provide you with feedback on the perception of your product or service in Italy.
After several interviews, I will send you a selection of competent and motivated candidates, accompany you during the job interviews and contract negotiations and remain your contact person even after you have been hired.

Personnel search
The personnel search takes place via all suitable channels and takes into account your ideas about target companies, candidate background, confidentiality and time frame.
Personnel selection
I select the candidates through several structured interviews and diagnostic methods.
Short list
After a short time you will receive suitable candidate profiles, CV, report and, if necessary, other documents and references.
Hiring
If desired, I will support you in contract negotiations and recommend service providers for preparing employment contracts and payrolls.
Onboarding
At the start of work and during the probationary period, I am available to advise customers and candidates on any questions that arise.
My profile
As the child of an Italian mother and a German father, German-Italian relations are the focus of my professional and private life. My goal is to see the best of both cultures and provide sustainable professional relationships. I placed my longest-tenured candidates in 2008 and they are still managing directors of the Italian branch today.
