​As a specialised HR consultant for the Italian market, I have been helping companies from the DACH region to be successful in Italy with the right people since 2007. 


Italy is a rich market, but also regulatory complex and highly competitive. If you don't invest there, you will miss out on sales, and if you invest in the wrong people, it will quickly become very expensive.

How does a search project work?

We discuss your goals in Italy and the position you are looking for in detail. Sometimes goals and therefore job profiles change. I go into the market in close contact with you, approach suitable candidates and also provide you with feedback on the perception of your product or service in Italy.

 

After several interviews, I will send you a selection of competent and motivated candidates, accompany you during the job interviews and contract negotiations and remain your contact person even after you have been hired.

My profile

As the child of an Italian mother and a German father, German-Italian relations are the focus of my professional and private life. My goal is to see the best of both cultures and provide sustainable professional relationships. I placed my longest-tenured candidates in 2008 and they are still managing directors of the Italian branch today.

 

My career in brief: 
 

  • Fully qualified lawyer with a focus on international law, studies and traineeship in Münster, Ferrara, Brussels and Paris; Maître en droit international, Université Paris X

  • Human resources manager for Bertelsmann SE in Gütersloh and Munich since 2002. Secondment to the Italian printing companies of the arvato print division in Bergamo and Milan.

  • Self-employed HR consultant for Italy since 2007.
